On the 15th of February 2017, the HR. Owen Bugatti showroom took delivery of a Bugatti Chiron.
The Bugatti Chiron is the successor to the Bugatti Veyron: a car which broke the world record for being the fastest production car. Only 422 Veyron units were built, and now, there is a new kid on the block.
With the Chiron, Bugatti claims that they have, “made the best even better.” This has been done with an 8 litre W16 engine! That’s an insane 2 V8s! On top of this, the engine has a total of 4 turbochargers! This incredible engine produces a spectacular 1,500 horsepower. That’s the power of 7 and a half golf GTIs in one car! This horsepower slingshots the car to 60 mph, in two and a half seconds!
The UK showroom is the first Bugatti dealer, to be in possession of a Chiron, after the factory dealer. So it is an honor, for British Bugatti Fans to get to see a Chiron up close and intimate.
