Butchies is a pop up food stall in various markets. It is run by three friendly men who serve the best fried chicken burger London has to offer. Their wonderful burger is made with a delicate and slightly sweet brioche bun with a zesty chipotle mayonnaise. Then fresh gherkins are neatly placed on the bun as the crispy fried chicken is added. When you take the first bight, it is pure bliss. The intense flavours fill your taste buds with joy. Then the crust falls off and the delicious buttermilk taste comes through while you eat the succulent chicken. The chipotle Mayonnaise works perfectly together and adds a unique aftertaste to the burger. The gherkins add an acidic taste to round the incredible flavours off. This pop up stall is a neighbourhood gem an homage to the greatly known chicken burger. It is a temple of meat and a favourable destination where one is able to receive the service and quality desired which lacks in many establishments of London. I would thoroughly reccomend this buger and praise it.
