As the new year rounds in and many people are starting to set a new year's resolutions. For students in my school and across London. The new term will start will exams. 2 to 3 weeks into school.

In my opinion, the best ways to revise is to study with break and work with high productivity so each minute you spend revising is worthwhile. Secondly, breaks are no good if you don't set aside time to do these activities you would like to be more productive in for example revising.

I personally think waking up 15 minutes early than your usual alarm time can increase productivity because you are setting aside time to prepare for the day ahead.

A great way to start the day is with a glass of water. The human body is made up of 60% of fluids. The side effects of dehydration are tiredness and headache which both will decrease your focus and without focus, there will be a low productivity rate.
