Vandals targeted the famous Beano’s Café, leaving a smashing scene of a destroyed window and a missing till draw, similar to the forced damage of the tanning salon a few doors down, Suite One, only two nights between each other.

These terrible events consisted over the 12th and 13th of November 2017, Suite One first, on the 12th and Beano’s Café the day after, the 13th.

The Vandals smashed both of the windows to the shop fronts and took the till boxes from the registers. Much to their efforts, fortunately the burglars only left with tuppence from suite one, but from the Cafe, £50.

This does not go to say that the hearts and mental states of the shop owners have been devastated.

After an interview of the neighbouring shop, Costcutter, opposite both shops. Mr.Prem commented: "This is absolutely awful, please stop these people smashing up our shops, everyone in the area is a victim and Is now on edge, especially the neighbouring shops, such as ourselves.’

Beanos owner said: "It was roughly about eleven on Sunday morning, we just came to drop some stock at the shop and we saw this – I was obviously gob-smacked and gutted."

The vandals arrived in an unmarked vehicle early hours of both mornings and left abruptly after causing damage on both occasions to the two shops, there have been reports of other robberies in surrounding areas that match the description of this event, suggesting the ones responsible have a concise reputation.

Despite this rukkus, it hasnt haltered the busy cafe from continuing to produce its gorgeous breakfasts and lunches to the public!
