ST BENEDICT’S Junior School pupils in Ealing proved just how determined they can be following the results of their Going for Goals task.
As part of their PSHCE/SEAL (Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning) studies, every pupil and member of staff was encouraged to set themselves a goal, to be reached by February half term.
Goals ranged from the headmaster running 10km in under 50 minutes, to pupils keeping their bedrooms tidy and not annoying their younger siblings.
A tally was up on display in the junior school hall and an assembly revealed that just about everyone had reached their goals!
The deputy head managed to put her fears behind her and roller skate, and some pupils learnt times tables and improved their handwriting.
