Haweli Indian Restaurant of Belmont has been chosen to host an Indian press trip as part of a tour of London later this month.
As part of a Indian press delegation run by Visit London, the restaurant's owner Mirage Ahmed will be providing dinner for journalists from an Indian tourist and travel delegation at the Belmont restaurant before whisking them off for a night-time ride around the capital in one of Banstead cab company Bigfoot Cars' class s Mercedes limousines.
"Local PR company CUDOS, myself and local Sutton businesses helped to put together a great package for the visitors. This trip will raise the profile of Sutton's fantastic restaurants and attractions to an international audience," said town centre manager Emily Fahey.
