Labour Mayoral candidates Oona King and Ken Livingstone to rally support for campaigns

Labour's candidates for London Mayor - Oona King and Ken Livingstone - will attempt to woo supporters when they visit Teddington.
The pair will be in a head-to-head contest to be the party's candidate for the Mayoral elections in 2012 after Seton During and Emmanuel Okoro were knocked out of the race.
Ms King, former MP for Bethnal Green, will be in Teddington tonight to speak to members of Twickenham Labour Party.
While Mr Livingstone, who held the post for eight years before being ousted by Conservative Boris Johnson in May 2008, is due to visit on Monday.
The Mayoral candidate will be decided by votes from London party members and members of affiliated organisations.
Ballot papers have been issued and the results will be announced on September 24.
The ballot for the Mayoral candidate opens on the same day party members start voting for a new leader.

The one question which Labour activists must ask the candidates is whether they will continue with their political apartheid policy of devoting resources and energies only to the inner London areas if their candidate is elected in 2012.
.
I have to say that I think it will be just the same as it was last time round for Labour, so go on, vote for Oona instead this time for a bit of variety!
