14.15 - UPDATE: As the countdown to rush-hour begins once again, Transport for London (TfL) is claiming between 25% and 40% of tube services are running on most lines.
However, many stations remain closed as commuters prepare to make their way home.

Commuters across south London are facing delays this morning as the first of a series of 24-hour strikes by underground workers kicks in.
Tube services on every line except the Northern Line have been hit, being suspended or severely delayed.
Transport for London (TfL) said it expected to be able to run up to 50% of trains on some line but only 25% on others.
The delays began when maintenence staff walked out at 5pm yesterday, with signal workers and station staff following suit at 9pm.
An extra 100 buses and 10,000 passanger journeys on riverboat services have been rolled out, but Mayor Boris Johnson has called the action "trumped up and politically-motivated".
But general secretary of the RMT union, Bob Crow, said moves to cut station staff would be "giving the green light to disaster".
He said: "We have laid out the clearest possible evidence to the mayor and his officials that if he breaks his promises and slashes station staffing numbers, he will be giving the green light to disaster."
Are you being hit by the strike? Have you changed your travel plans?
