Police release efit of flasher who struck in Tooting

Police have released an efit of a flasher who struck on Friday 13th in Tooting.
The man exposed himself while she was walking in Franciscan Road near the junction of Coteford Street.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack, on August 13 between 6.45 and 7.15pm.
The suspect, portrayed here in a police e-fit, was described as Asian with dark skin, 5ft 10in tall and of average build.
