Police and paramedics have been called after a passenger fell down the stairs of a bus outside Sutton station.

London Ambulance Service were called at 7.55am to reports of a woman who had fallen down some stairs.

Police said they were called at 8am this morning by the bus company after a 35-year-old woman had fallen while on a bus.

Both police and paramedics are still on scene.

The extent of the passenger's injuries are not yet known.
