Any youngster aged 12 to 15 who fancies being a firefighter for a day should sign up for one of the two courses being held at Epsom Fire Station on April 6 and April 16.
Children will learn how to use a hose, how to cut up a car and how to use breathing apparatus along with other firefighting skills.
The courses are from 8.30am to 3.30pm and children should bring a spare set of clothes and a packed lunch.
Children who have previously attended a course are not eligible to apply.
Parents who want to apply for one of the 10 places on each course should call the fire station on 01372 722223.
They will have to go into the fire station in Church Street to fill in a consent form in advance.
