Youths attack 21-year-old in Thames Ditton

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 21-year-old man was set upon by a gang of youths in Thames Ditton on Thursday, October 22.
The man was walking down Woodfield Road at about 11.15pm when he was attacked by the group of up to five men.
He was able to escape to a nearby house and the group ran away from the scene.
A spokesman for the police said the victim was not injured in the incident.
Detectives from Staines CID are currently conducting an investigation into the attack and anyone who was in the Woodfield Road area and saw or heard anything suspicious should contact Surrey Police on 0845 1252222, quoting reference EL/09/8720, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
