Jury retire in Gagandip Singh murder trial

THE jury have retired to consider their verdict in the Gagandip Singh murder trial.
The remains of Mr Singh, who lived in Langdale Crescent, Bexleyheath, were found in the boot of a burnt out blue Mercedes in Angerstein Lane, Blackheath, at around 2am on February 26 last year.
Mundill Mahil, from Chatham; Harinder Shoker (referred to as Ravi) of Charlton Park Lane, Charlton, and Darren Peters, of Shooters Hill Road, Blackheath, all aged 20, deny murder.
It is alleged Mahil lured the 21-year-old victim to her address in Brighton, where Shoker and Peters attacked him.
The jury retired today (February 10) at 12.15pm to consider their verdict and the case has now been adjourned until Monday morning.
