CATFORD: Singers to raise money for Cancer Research and Help for Heroes

A GROUP of singers have joined forces to raise money for two charities.

Called Voices for a New World, it will be directed and produced by singer Ian Chapman in a bid to raise cash for Help the Heroes and Cancer Research UK.

Singers will mix musical numbers from the stage and screen with more contemporary choices.

Mr Chapman said: “There is some amazing talent involved in this concert and I am absolutely thrilled with the line up. I’m really excited to see the finished product and am sure that the audience will walk out of the venue very satisfied.”

It will take place from February 18 to February 20 at Goldsmiths Community Centre, Castillion Road, Catford.

Tickets are priced at £10 and £8 concessions There will be a kitchen selling interval drinks and snacks.
