Rosie Whitaker died after being hit by a train at Beckenham Junction
A FUND has been set up in memory of a teenager who died after being hit by a train.
Rosie Whitaker, whose funeral is set to take place on Tuesday (June 26), was said to have been influenced to take her own life by self-harm and suicide websites.
She was pronounced dead at Beckenham Junction at around 9.35pm at Beckenham Junction on June 11.
The 15-year-old Langley Park School for Girls pupil had run a 5k Race for Life for Cancer Research UK and the Adidas Women’s 5k challenge for the NSPCC and was enthusiastic about raising money for good causes.
All proceeds from the fund will go to Papyrus, the prevention of young suicide charity.
