A YORKSHIRE terrier escaped serious injury after falling from a second floor flat window in Bromley.

Police and a vet were called to the High Street at about 2.10pm on Monday (April 30) to reports of the dog having been thrown or jumped out of a window.

It was examined by a vet after its fall from a flat window above the Tiranga Indian restaurant and it was said to be okay.

There was no-one in the flat at the time of the incident and a Bromley police spokesman says their investigation has concluded the dog scrambled up and fell out of the window on its own.

If it had bene some chavscum that threw the dog out for a laugh, we'd all be pleased the Police had turned up. (admittedly to give them a slap on the wrist!)
