• "Hats off to the patient group. I myself were due to attend the rally with many comrades, unfortunately we attended a funeral for an old chum, additional cars I may add were kindly arranged by patient action .
  A message for longdistanceclara it is quite clear you are management shame on you for your tasteless comment, there is no victory for that place of death called a trust. My wife was treated no better than a slab of meat, an old aged pensioner instead of a sick patient.
  
  I have also seen the pictures and footage from the demonstration, good on the group for such a memorable demonstration, putting the point across for us that we are not happy and do not feel safe. We as pensioners who ask for no more or no less than to be cared for, given the simplest of things in hospital, food, drink and cleanliness none of which my wife received.
  
  There were certainly more demonstrators that your figures state and certainly will be during the Olympics Demonstration, hate mob is a statement made by a worried person, the hate mob you pathetic specimen are protecting patients unlike yourselves. Shame on you and shame on Managers of the hospitals trust.
  
  A***** all round for all Patient Action and thank them all for caring enough to protest for us all.
