Firefighters called to Crazy Bear Hotel in Beaconsfield

FIREFIGHTERS were called to deal with a blaze at The Crazy Bear Hotel in Beaconsfield.

There was a small fire in the back office which triggered the smoke alarms last night.

It happened at the Wycombe End building at about 7.25pm.

Staff tried to put it out before the crews from Beaconsfield fire station arrived, but were unable to.

Two members of staff had to leave the building but there were no injuries and the fire was quickly extinguished.
