Wycombe District Council
The Dell, Cadsden Road, Cadsden. Certificate of proposed lawfulness for construction of single storey rear extension.
1 Market Parade, Hazlemere. Display of two externally illuminated fascia signs (A,B), one internally illuminated projecting sign and one internally illuminated internal window sign.
33A Poppy Road, Princes Risborough. Crown lift to 4.5m and partially reduce crown spread to 2 x Beech Trees (B1 & B2), fell 1 x Hawthorne Tree (HA1), fell 2 x Robinia Pseudoacacia's R1 & R2), reduce Holly to hedge height (HO1) and fell 1 x Silver Birch (S10.
11 Frieth Road, Marlow. Demolition of the existing dwelling and erection of 1 x detached 4 bed dwelling with detached double garage to front and relocated access (alternative scheme to pp 11/07047/FUL).
The Old Malt House, Marlow Road, Bourne End. Proposed extension of time limit to permission granted under planning reference 08/07754/FUL for the demolition of outbuildings and erection of plant store.

Clip to form topiary to one Yew Tree (T1), lift away from adjoining property to north to give 2 metres clearance, crown clean deadwood and part weight reduction of 1 stem nearest to property to a suitable branch by 2 metres to one Field Maple (T2), pollard back to old points one Goat Willow (T3) and crown reduce by up to 2 metres in height and reshape one Monteray Cypress (T4).
South Bucks District Council

Land Adjacent To Alderbourne Cottage (Area 2), Fulmer Lane, Fulmer. Retention of part of stone surfaced hardstanding. Erection of post and rail fencing.
Rowley Farm, Black Park Road, Wexham. Agricultural building for storage of straw.
No applications were received by Chiltern District Council.
