GARAGES and sheds were broken into in Great Kingshill and Widmer end overnight on Tuesday.
Homes in Spurlands End Road, Great Kingshill were among those hit.
Items stolen in the two villages were lawn mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters and tools including drills and chainsaws.

The following crimes have been reported by Thames Valley Police:
Between midnight and 6:00am on Thursday 28th, offenders stole the front and rear registration plates from a Peugeot vehicle while parked in Verney Avenue, High Wycombe.
Between 4:00pm and 11:00pm on Wednesday 27th, offenders have gained entry to a Toyota vehicle, while parked in Underwood Road, High Wycombe, by smashing a rear offside window, and stolen a number of tools.
Between 10:00pm on Tuesday 26th and 9:00am on Wednesday 27th, offenders gained entry to e a green Vauxhall Corsa vehicle, while parked in Chadwick Street, High Wycombe, by forcing the front offside window. A thorough search was made of the vehicle and a CD player stolen from the facia. Some damage was also caused to the steering column of the vehicle.
At about 8:15pm on Wednesday 27th, a male was seen to smash the rear windscreen of a Chrysler vehicle, while parked in Red Lion Way, Wooburn Green. The offender then made off in what is described as a dark coloured Volkswagen golf vehicle driven by a second male. The offender was described as white, about 17 years old, wearing a black hooded top over a white top. Nothing is believed to have been stolen from the vehicle.
Between 6:00pm on Tuesday 26th and 6:00am on Wednesday 27th, offenders have drilled into the fuel tank of a vehicle while parked in Westmead, Princes Risborough, and stolen diesel fuel.
