A HOUSE was broken into through a bathroom window and jewellery and electrical equipment stolen.
The burglary happened between 8.45am and 7.30pm on Wednesday in Tyzack Road, High Wycombe.
The house was searched and a laptop, bag, three mobile phones, jewellery, credit cards and digital camera were taken.

The following crimes have been reported by Thames Valley Police:
Between 7:00pm on Thursday 11th and 10:00am on Friday 12th, offenders gained entry to a blue coloured, Volvo S60 vehicle, while parked in Kestrel Close, via the boot. A search was made of the vehicle and an Acer Travel mate laptop computer, together with a computer hard drive, a red coloured fridge and a white porcelain corner sink was stolen.
Between 8:00am on Tuesday 6th and 8:00am on Friday 12th, offenders gained entry to an allotment shed, in Chapman Lane, Well End, by levering the door. A Wilkinson garden fork was stolen. It also appears that a further shed may have been entered using a sledgehammer but further details are unknown.
Between 6:00pm on Thursday 11th and 8:45am on Friday 12th, offenders gained entry to a grey coloured Renault Clio vehicle, while parked in Middlebrook Road, by using bodily force to wrench open the offside door. An untidy search was made of the vehicle including the boot area. Wires were pulled out of the interior light, the vehicle alarm was disabled and the bonnet opened. No property appears to have been stolen.
Between 2:30am and 5:30am on Friday 12th, three vehicles at a premise in Dean Close, were entered by either smashing a window or forcing the door lock. A quantity of property including mobile phones, an MP3 player, cash and a Tom Tom Satellite Navigation system were stolen.
Two offences of theft from vehicles have been reported in the Downley area overnight.
Between 9:00pm on Thursday 11th and 6:00am on Friday 12th, offenders forced the drivers door of a blue Renault Clio vehicle, while parked in Willoughbys Walk, causing damage to the door. A Sony CD player and an MP3 player were stolen.
At about 3:15am on Friday 12th, offenders gained entry to a black coloured Volkswagen Polo, while parked in Talbot Avenue, by throwing a concrete slab through the drivers window, and forcing the door frame. The boot lock was also forced. A search was made of the vehicle but nothing stolen. A dark coloured, old shape Astra or Cavalier vehicle was seen to leave the area at the material time, although further details are not known.
Between 9:20pm on Thursday 11th and 7:00am on Friday 12th, offenders gained entry to a red Volkswagen Golf vehicle, while parked in Sedgemoor Road, Flackwell Heath, by forcing the offside door lock. All windows were wound down and the rear seats moved to give access to the boot area. A pair of cycling gloves and vehicle documents were stolen, and other property ignored.
Between 10:00pm on Thursday 11th and 7:00am on Friday 12th, offenders gained entry to a blue coloured Ford Ka, while parked in Hellyer Way, Bourne End, by smashing the rear nearside window, and took a bag containing clothing, a purse, drivers licence and an MP3 player from the rear seat.
Between 9:30pm on Wednesday 10th and 7:30am on Thursday 11th, offenders gained entry to a summerhouse in the gardens of a premise in Tudor Road, Hazlemere, by forcing a door lock. Items have been moved but nothing has apparently been stolen.
Between 8:00am and 6:15pm on Wednesday 10th, offenders attempted to gain entry to a domestic garage at a premise in North Road, Widmer End, by forcing the bottom of the door. No entry was gained and nothing stolen, although damage was caused to the door.
