Primary school pupils in Stanmore made a right old racket to raise money for children with hearing problems.
Year 1 children from Aylward School, Pangbourne Drive, screamed and shouted as part of a campaign called Let’s Hear it for Deaf Children, run by charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
They also made their own instruments in class and used them to make a minute of noise for the campaign, which ran from May 14 to May 18.
Pupil Stav, who took part, said: “I feel happy, because we never ever get to make that much noise at school, and now we can help people that need doggies.”
