A hospital in Stanmore is calling on people to join in on a sponsored walk for charity.
The Royal National Orthopedic Hospital, Brockley Hill, Stanmore, will hold the Buttercup Walk on Sunday, June 24.
The 1km walk, which has been running for ten years, aims to raise money to improve patients' experiences while undergoing treatment.
Rosie Stolarski, head of fundraising, said registration has been opened early to encourage people to start raising funds.
She added: "Thousands of patients have benefited from the funds raised through the Buttercup Walk, and we are keen to keep the momentum going among our committed patients and the public, who really do contribute a huge amount to making the event such a success.
"The walk is open to everyone and all or part of the course can be completed at participants’ own pace and in their own way, even in a wheelchair."
