A MAN who killed and chopped up a Southgate salesman and dumped his body across two counties is refusing to give details of his other victims, police have confirmed.
Stephen Marshall, 38, from Borehamwood, was jailed last month for the murder of Jeffrey Howe and during his trial admitted to dismembering four other bodies during the Nineties.
Nikki Hall, at Hertfordshire Constabulary, said: “Detectives from the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit have made attempts to speak with Stephen Marshall in relation to information given in court in February by his barrister about the dismemberment of bodies in the Nineties.
“At this stage Mr Marshall is not assisting police with their inquiries. Major Crime officers continue their investigations in liaison with the Metropolitan Police Service.”
