TWO men and a boy have been arrested for stashing a knife under the seat of their car.
The lock knife, found hidden in a glove underneath the passenger seat, was seized by police who stopped the car because it had a faulty break light.
Two men, aged 18 and 20, and a 16-year-old boy were arrested for possession of an offensive weapon. They were arrested at 1.30pm on Wednesday in Derby Road. Officers from the Safer Estates Team said they searched the car because they thought one of the men was acting suspiciously.
All three have been bailed pending further inquires.
