Nat West bank in Shenley Road, Borehamwood, extends hours for rest of week

NatWest bank has again extended its hours to help customers left unable to make transactions following a computer glitch last week.

The branch in Shenley Road, Borehamwood will now be open from 8am to 6pm every day until Friday.

Yesterday, chief executive of the RBS Group, Stephen Hester, said: “The problems of the past few days have caused disruption and inconvenience for our customers as well as for many customers of other banks.

“Our staff have already helped thousands of customers to access cash and we will continue to provide this service on a 24-hour basis while we work to resolve the problems.”
