The annual budget of Hertsmere Borough Council was passed at a meeting of the Council Executive last night.
The proposed budget for 2012/2013 was passed by the Executive, and will now go before a meeting of the Full Council on February 22 for approval.
As previously reported there has been no rise in council tax this year and the budget has also set aside £37,000 to pay for a debt advisor at the Citizens Advice Bureau.
The borough made up much of its savings with redundancies and structural changes during the 2011/2012 financial year.
