Police in Hertsmere will be using Facebook to help identify people of interest in their investigations.
Operation Breaker, which was launched today, asks members of the public to help identify people the police would like to talk to in relation to certain crimes committed in the borough.
In order to do this the police have launched photo gallery on the Hertfordshire Police Facebook page with CCTV pictures of people they would like to speak to.
The new operation is part of Hertsmere’s new Chief Inspectors Dean Patient's plans to give the borough high quality policing every day.
People can view the images by going to www.facebook.com/hertspolice, clicking on the pictures menu and clicking on the Operation Breaker folder.
