Barnet have made their first summer signing after agreeing a deal with midfielder Sam Deering.
The 20-year-old was voted Barnet's young player of the year after a three-month spell on loan from Oxford United.
Deering will move on a free transfer and there will be a sell on clause if he leaves Underhill.
He played 14 games on loan for the Bees last season scoring twice.
New Bees manager Lawrie Sanchez told the club website: "We are pleased to have Sam on board. We hope he can do with us what he did at the end of last season and become a fans' favourite at Underhill as he was at Oxford. Hopefully we will give him a platform to build his career."
Deering said: "I think joining Barnet is going to be good for me and I am looking forward to getting games under my belt. Hopefully we can do well this season under Lawrie Sanchez and Giuliano Grazioli.
"I enjoyed my spell on loan from February until the end of the season and I can say that I got on well with everybody."
