Greig City Academy students are national basketball champions twice over.
The Hornsey-based academy has scored a double in the English Schools' Basketball League this season, with the U15 girls' and U14 boys' teams winning the national finals.
Both the girls and boys saw off teams from Ellesmere Port in their respective competitions.
Star for the girls was Renee Johnson Allen, who scored a total of 68 points over three games, while Andre Taylor notched a total of 67 points for the boys.
Paul Sutton, principal of Greig City Academy, said: "The teams really deserve these victories, as does their coach, Andrew Bailey. They all put in hours of regular practice and display great determination and stamina.
"We are extremely proud of them and know this will spur on other teams to emulate them."
