West Ham United defender James Tomkins is reportedly a transfer target for Spurs and Newcastle United.
The 22-year-old defender has been one of the Hammers' most consistent performers this season.
Newcastle boss Alan Pardew, who knows Tomkins from his spell at the club, is believed to have had two bids rejected for the centre-back.
