Tottenham Hotspur are planning a move for £9 million-rated Blackburn Rovers forward Junior Hoilett in January, according to reports.
The 21-year-old has yet to sign a new deal at Ewood Park after being put off by the club’s insistence on inserting an £18m release clause in his contract.
And Spurs’ boss Harry Redknapp is rumoured to be keen on signing the Canadian international, who has impressed for the Premier League strugglers this season.
Newcastle and Arsenal have also been linked with Hoilett but White Hart Lane is said to be the likely destination for the player, who is capable of playing on both flanks and down the middle.
