If this were ever to get to court the knife carrying fella will probably serve less than a year in jail. Make him clean the canals for 5 years, and get the army to organise it.

These idiots need to be removed from society.

Whilst people are receiving cautions for carrying a knife is there any wonder?

Make it a 5 year minimum sentence and a 10 year for a second offence and the crime will evaporate!
