    LOUGHTON: Man denies shotgun murder

A MAN has denied the murder of a father blasted with a shotgun in a quiet country lane.

Mark Osborne, 25, appeared at the Old Bailey on Friday, April 18, via videolink from Pentonville Prison when he pleaded not guilty to the killing of 39-year-old Mark Tredinnick.

Mr Osborne, of no fixed address, his brother Tony Osborne, 26, of Church Hill, Loughton, together with Terry Sherman, 26, from Barking, and Wayne Collins, 24, from Romford, all deny a charge of murder.

Mr Tredinnick was found in Benskins Lane, Romford, with gunshot wounds on June 1 last year. He later died in hospital.

All four men will stand trial together on September 29.

Mark Osborne was remanded in custody until that date. The other three men were not before the court.
