Could be weeks before Beaconsfield death is explained

IT may be weeks before an identity and cause of death can be established for the human remains found in Beaconsfield, police say.

A body was found in undergrowth near the BP garage in Wycombe End on Thursday, with officers treating the death as unexplained (see link below).

A post-mortem on Friday did not establish a cause of death and further tests will be carried out to try and confirm this, as well as the identity.

A police spokesman added: “There is no update at the moment and there is unlikely to be for some weeks.”

Right with you on that one eniluap, does seem a little odd not to be able to establish the cause, and not even give a appoximate age, or gender either.

it's not uncommon, it all depends on how decomposed the remains are. If there is just a skeleton then there are lots of causes of death that could never be proven. It would just remain an open verdict at inquest.
