LEYTON: Woman in serious condition after attack
FOUR people have been arrested after an attack on an 18-year-old woman.
Police responded to reports of an assault at 1.15am on Sunday morning in Ruckholt Road, Leyton.
Officers discovered the woman with head and face injuries.
She remains in hospital and her condition is described as serious.
Three men, aged 26, 27 and 30, and a 25-year-old woman are being questioned about the incident, which is believed to be domestic, at two seperate police stations.
Surrounding roads remained closed well into this morning's rush hour.
