Two men injured in double stabbing

TWO young men were injured in a double stabbing at the weekend after a night out took a terrifying turn.

An 18-year-old and 21-year-old were attacked outside the Warehouse nightclub, in Harbet Road, Edmonton, at around 5am on Sunday morning.

The older man stumbled to the nearby A406 road and flagged down a passing motorist who alerted emergency services.

It is reported that the younger victim was knifed seven times and suffered a collapsed lung as a result.

Paramedics in two medical response cars that attended the incident called for a doctor, who carried out a life-saving operation at the scene.

Police say that suspects fled the scene in a black Land Rover.

Three people were later arrested.

Both victims are in serious but stable condition.
