ENFIELD AND HARINGEY: Labour clinches Mayoral and London-wide contests
THE BOROUGH has gone red after residents gave Ken a three per cent lead in the mayoral polls.
In Enfield and Haringey, Labour candidate Ken Livingstone picked up 66,683 votes, or 41.96 per cent, Tory Boris Johnson took 60,239, or 37.91 per cent, and Brian Paddick took 15,622, or 9.83 per cent.
But when the London-wide votes are added together the result is likely to be a lot closer. The results are not expected until about midnight.
