A PICTURE of a tourist murdered in Walthamstow High Street has been issued by police.
Kelvin Francis, 26, was found bleeding to death outside the Captain Fish & Chip shop on Sunday shortly before 10.30pm, dying half an hour later.
It is understood that Mr Francis, of Grenada in the Carribean, was on a month's visit to London, although police are not sure exactly where he was staying.
A man and a woman continue to be questioned by officers in connection with the murder of Kelvin Francis, in Walthamsow High Street.
The pair were arrested in Hackney on Wednesday afternoon and officers have been granted permission to keep them in custody until tomorrow morning, by which time they have to charge them or let them go.
