A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of a man during a robbery in Beaulieu Heights, South Norwood.
The victim, aged 42, was taken to hospital after the robbery which occurred yesterday at 8:30pm.
He is in a serious condition but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Two male suspects escaped after the incident.
A police spokeswoman said: "The local safer neighbourhood team is conducting additional patrols in the area.
"At the time of the incident other members of the public may have been in the vicinity of the park. Some people present may have witnessed something."
