POOL PLANS: An open meeting is being held by Bromley Council on May 21 at 7.30pm to present plans for the proposed swimming pool and library at Biggin Hill. It will take place at the Christian Fellowship Hall, Main Road, Biggin Hill. Visit bromley.gov.uk/events for details.

CHARITY DINNER: Advocacy First, the charity which offers support to people over 50, those with dementia and hospital patients who struggle to communicate with others, is holding a fundraising dinner in the House of Commons next Thursday from 7pm.
