A SINGLE-DECKER coach burst into flames on the A120 this morning.
Fire crews from Stansted and Bishop's Stortford found the rear of the bus "well alight" and used a hose and breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze.
The coach was on the corner of Birchanger Lane and the A120 at 9.20am when it burst into flame.
It was not carrying any passengers and crews managed to bring the fire under control by 9:45am.
Fire authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire, but believe it may have been started by an engine fault.
