Zac Efron and Lily Collins split

Zac Efron is apparently back on the market after splitting from actress Lily Collins.

The Lucky One actor and the Mirror Mirror actress had been dating for a few months but have now parted company after the relationship "fizzled", reports Us Weekly.

A source told the magazine: "They're no longer together. They were never serious, though; it was just a casual thing and it fizzled."

It's thought that their busy schedules made things harder for Zac, 24, and 23-year-old Lily, whose dad is singer Phil Collins.

The insider went on: "They were never in the same place at the same time."
