Shia LaBeouf removed from theatre
Shia LaBeouf has been released following his arrest on charges of disorderly conduct at a New York City theatre.
The former Transformers actor was removed from the theatre for being disorderly and yelling obscenities during the performance, police said.
Shia, wearing a ripped blue T-shirt, skinny jeans and boots, walked several blocks to a hotel, surrounded by media, after his court appearance. He declined to comment.
The Disturbia actor was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass after he used obscene language and interfered with the show during a performance of Cabaret at Studio 54 in Manhattan on Thursday (June 26).
Shia, 28, was "disruptive during Act One" and was escorted out of the theatre at intermission, a show spokesman said.
He is due back in court on July 24.
Earlier this year Shia was in the headlines for his odd behaviour, which included a plagiarism scandal and subsequent performance art installation to apologise.
He also walked out of a press conference for his film Nymphomaniac and wore a paper bag on his head emblazoned with the words "I AM NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE".
