Chris Tarrant is in hospital after being taken ill on a flight.
The former Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? host was flying back to the UK from Thailand when he suffered a suspected asthma attack, so cabin crew called ahead for an ambulance, according to reports.
After landing at Heathrow he was taken straight from the tarmac to Charing Cross Hospital in London.
Chris' manager Paul Vaughan said: "I've been his manager for 30 years, and I know that if he goes down like a ton of bricks it's usually asthma."
He continued: "I'm surmising, but I think his asthma attack might have been triggered by a night-time stopover in Bangkok, which has very poor air quality."
The TV star, 67, had been abroad filming a new travel series.
The Sun reported that Chris is expected to leave hospital today (March 3).
