KELLY SMITH skippered the England Women's team to back-to-back victories in the space of three days as they continued their preparation for September's World Cup.
The Arsenal Ladies striker, born in Watford, was on target in the 6-0 demolition of Russia at Milton Keynes last Thursday and then played the first 45 minutes of the 1-0 win over Scotland at Wycombe on Sunday.
Smith, who made her England debut in 1995, now has 19 goals in 57 appearances for her country.
