Barnet will take on Leyton Orient at Brisbane Road in the second round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Both teams received byes in the opening stage of the southern area competition - which the Bees made the final of last season before being defeated by Swindon Town.
The tie will take place on the week commencing on October 8.
