Watford are the only side in the Chammpionship who are unbeaten though and have picked up 17 points from a possible 21.

Why would they give it to SD?
According to the clappers Bas is the reason for good season.

Did one of his failed businesses owe you money or something?

Boring.

Would rather SD won manager of the month for April. Reading can have it for March.

In all seriousness he should be on the shortlist for manager of the season too. What he has achieved in almost impossible circumstances is unbelievable. Especially considering idiots like me were calling for his head earlier in the season.

Give it to Heston at Reading. He can put it on the mantelpiece with his other cookery awards.

Don't forget GT the chairman. It was him that gave SD the job. Well done Mr Taylor.

'Kids for a Quid' days usually result in an ugly defeat, as does the receipt of a 'Manager of the Month' award. But maybe a combination of the two (surely for the first time ever) will see a resounding victory tomorrow?

He deserves it. But winning the award and then carrying on the good form is where greatness is achieved

If he has got any sense of decency, he would congratulate Mr Dyche on the job achieved so far on an extremely limited budget!! The majority of true supporters would never have envisaged our current league position when Mackay departed company with us and must also extend the congratulations to Sean for even being considered for Manager of the Month .. although I do hope he doesn't get it as it always seems to be the kiss of death!!

Malky's probably just thinking about whether to eat a steak and ale pie or steak and stilton, or both. He's probably also still thinking that Cardiff didn't win their last game because of the ref.

Serial whiner, bad loser and a worse manager than the one he replaced. That will really put the Mockers on his crumbling season and perhaps some sheepless nights!

I really hope he doesn't win the award, although he deserves it. The curse of the award is not worth it. I'd rather get another 5-6 wins in the championship this season.

I like what you did there with the sheep scummerdown, raised a little smile.

Surely the bloating Jock has to lose his job if they don't reach the play-offs as he has spent loads of dosh and taken them backwards.

It would be a true miracle if we managed to scrape into the play-offs and Sean would deserve Manager of the Year let alone month, but just to finish above Cardiff would be very pleasing.

I see it is a sell out tomorrow, let's hope that it is a good attendence too and that people have just purchased a dozen tickets for a quid only to use one of them.

Come on you golden boyz.

Comments like i will be happy just to beat Cardiff is half glass empty philosophy and is associated with being a loser. half glass full is I will be happy to beat Cardiff and win the other five games and means a winner mentality.

Reality is amazing as it may seem Watford and SD has a chance with only six games to go to get us into the playoffs and the premier league and change our financial status for the next ten years or more if we learn from previous mistakes. Just one season in the premier league is now worth 100 million made up up one league seasons 4 parachute payments plus all other income gained is in addition to the £100 million.

If we win our five out of six games we will have a 20% chance of the playoffs.

If we win our last six games we will have 75 points and an 80% chance of finishing in the play offs.

None of this is lost on Bas, SD GT, EJ the players and fans.

This finale can be football life changing no pressure there then!

the fantastic results in March is probably the team put together by SD has almost gelled. The players are playing without pressure of relegation and are expressing themselves with less anxiety. Can they now step up to the plate.

Personally, I really believed in this watford team after the Spurs game. Watford's football was outstanding and really played Spurs off the park. This confirmed to me watford fc are as good as anybody in this division.

Agreed 100%, I too wasn't entirely convinced early doors, so well done and sorry for doubting the 'ginger torpedo'

Not sure we're going to make the PO's but hey I think we'd have all taken 11th with 6 games left

We need to keep our feet on the ground here - 5 REALLY tough games out of last 6 with all 5 of them vying to get promotion. Having said that, where there's a will there's a way and I reckon Sean will win MOTM and we will get at least a point out of Blackpool. COYH's

It's worth noting that last season Forest got 75 points to creep into sixth place. Our current 57 plus six wins = 75. So if we're remotely serious, it's unlikely we can afford to drop another point. If we're roughly 6/4 to win each of those six games, then we're around 240/1 to win all six. That's what we're talking about. So let's do it!

Statistically speaking with 6th place on 63 points after 40 games, that means 72.6 points will be enough after 46 games!
