Blackheath brushed aside Bexley by 143 runs on Saturday and our photographer KEITH GILLARD caught all the action on his camera.

It was a memoradle day for Blackheath's Tanweer Sikandar (below) who weighed in with 106 of his side's 225-8 total.

But Sikandar's display wasn't the only highlight for title hopefuls Blackheath.

Bowler Tom Mees (below) wiped out Bexley's remaining batsmen with figures of 5-17 to ensure they were dismissed for just 82 inside 29 overs.

Victory means Blackheath remain top of the Kent Cricket League Premier Division table.

But for Bexley a battle to beat the drop looks on the cards after they were left second bottom.

This weekend they will make the short trip to Bromley where they will be searching for a vital win to move themselves away from the dreaded drop zone.
