MATT Ingram has been named Wycombe Wanderers' player of the season by the club's supporters.

The former John Hampden School pupil has excelled in goal for his hometown team this season and he walked away with the fans' player of the year award at the end of season do at Adams Park last night.

Josh Scowen was named players' player of the year while Matt McClure's outstanding overhead backheeled volley in the last home game of the season was named goal of the season.

The young player of the year award was handed to Max Kretzschmar, who scored six goals from midfield in his first season as a regular, and long serving Matt Bloomfield was crowned community player of the season.

Elaine Cooper was named the club's unsung hero of the year for her work with youngsters who are matchday mascots at Adams Park.
